As Chief Financial Officer of Minto Apartment REIT, Eddie is responsible for financial strategy, planning and reporting, regulatory compliance, investor relations, analysis, forecasting and risk management. He brings a wealth of experience and considerable business acumen to this role, most recently as Vice President Finance of Minto Apartment REIT where he was instrumental to the execution of the strategy to taking the REIT public. Eddie also brings an intimate knowledge of the REIT, strong partnerships and extensive accounting and reporting experience to his role.
Eddie joined Minto in 2014 where he held progressively senior roles. Prior to joining Minto Group, he held a variety of roles at Telesat, Interactive Circuits & Systems Ltd, and Ernst & Young LLP.
He received his Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation.
