MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTION

OTTAWA, ON, Nov. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MI.UN) today announced a cash distribution of $0.04208 per REIT unit for the month of November 2023, representing $0.505 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on December 15, 2023 to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2023.

As previously announced, the amount of the November distribution represents a 3.1% increase, resulting in an increase in the annualized amount of the REIT's distribution from $0.49 per unit to $0.505 per unit.
