Minto Apartment REIT to Report Third Quarter 2018 Financial Results on November 12, 2018
OTTAWA, Oct. 3, 2018 /CNW/ - Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MI.UN) today announced that it will release its 2018 third quarter financial results after market close on Monday, November 12, 2018.
The REIT completed its Initial Public Offering of units (the "IPO") on July 3rd, 2018. Accordingly, the third quarter report is for the 90-day period from completion of the IPO to September 30, 2018 and the financial results will reflect the REIT's financial position, capitalization, results of operations and general and administrative expenses for that 90-day period, including the impact of the IPO.
